"I don’t write reviews often so trust me when I say, I never thought an insurance company could be so accommodating and helpful. CJ and all the staff at Phil Champion State Farm were so helpful and kind to me. Even when I called their office at 4:58pm on a Friday, they answered immediately and still helped me with my car insurance when I needed some help right then and couldn’t wait till Monday. No complaints, no dismissive attitude, just good customer service and efficient guidance. Like a good neighbor, State Farm really was there."
