"There was a small glitch in my billing when my two vehicles were combined into one policy recently. After several calls to the home office I went in to see Dody. She was the best person I could have gotten to fix my problem. She stayed on the phone with Atlanta for an hour and was unrelenting until she got the right answer. There aren't many people who would have withstood the abuse she got from them and still kept her poise until she got her answer. Thanks Dody, your the best!"

"I don’t write reviews often so trust me when I say, I never thought an insurance company could be so accommodating and helpful. CJ and all the staff at Phil Champion State Farm were so helpful and kind to me. Even when I called their office at 4:58pm on a Friday, they answered immediately and still helped me with my car insurance when I needed some help right then and couldn’t wait till Monday. No complaints, no dismissive attitude, just good customer service and efficient guidance. Like a good neighbor, State Farm really was there."
